Weight Management

Diet and exercise need to be balanced in order to achieve successful weight loss. You can exercise as much as you'd like but if you are not eating healthy, nutritious foods you will not receive the full benefit of weight loss, and vice versa. As a Certified Health Coach, I can educate you on ways to incorporate healthy, sustainable eating and exercise into your lifestyle and give you tools to help achieve your goals. Kick the Sugar Habit Workshop

I am a Certified Health Coach and during this Kick The Sugar Habit workshop, we’re going to talk all about what sugar does in your body, why we start and can’t stop and how to transform sugar cravings so you can kick the habit for good!


Put an End to Bingeing! 

When I started working with Susan, I felt out of control and I didn't think there was any way out of my binge eating where all I thought about was sugar and getting my next fix ...  With Susan's support, she helped me dig deeper and discover WHY I was binge eating. This allowed me to address what was underlying my binge eating and as a result, I was able to make small changes and create new habits that quickly changed that! Now I don't think about sugar and want to feed my body for energy. I also lost weight and made significant progress on a number of other goals that were all related to getting back in control of my life and my environment. Susan combines compassion with accountability and empathy, and this makes all of the difference. I didn't want the program to end so I will continue with her as my coach and I am excited to see what changes I can make next!
